I delt with Robert in buying my first corvette, he helped me go over the car and the features and was extremely helpful and super nice guy. He has a great place of a lot of different cars to choose from, it was so easy buying the car abs the transaction. The car is everything he said it would be and I am beyound happy. I bought my 2004 Corvette here in August of 2023, and have to say it was a great experience. I test drove many others from other “large” dealerships and was unimpressed. We were looking for a corvette when my husband saw one on the import1motorsport website. He called & spoke with Robert. He was impressed with how knowledgeable Robert was & how willing he was to answer all his questions. We went to his shop and met Robert & Roxanne. WOW the cars were amazing & it was like talking with two old friends. My husband wanted a convertible in a wild color, with flash. I wanted a coup in a traditional color. Roxanne took down our wish list & Robert said he would find something we would both like. I told him no rush when we purchased a vette it would be from him. No pressure to buy, respectful of our budget, we were confident he would get us the perfect car. A few days later he called, he had one for us to see. We both loved it! Most dealers hide things. Reputation is everything! Import 1 Motorsport exemplified that today. My car was delivered on Saturday and I was going to my first Corvette show on Sunday. Unfortunately the drivers door latch broke and I couldn’t go. Robert couldn’t apologize enough about me missing the show. He told me to take it to a Chevy dealership and get it fixed. They towed my car to the closest Chevy dealership and it needed a new door latch. Robert quickly stepped up and paid the $717 bill without hesitation! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you buy your next car from Robert. He was away in Florida and took the time to get the repair taken care of. Roxanne called the dealership and paid the bill per Robert. I am not sure if I have left a review covering both my experiences with Import 1 motor sports? So here it is. I purchased a beautiful red Chevy C-10 Pickup! It was by far the best old truck I have owned. Robert, the owner, took the time to help me with my decision. There was zero pressure to buy and he was ready to answer every question I had. He put me in touch with the former owner to cover some of the detailed questions for which he had no answer! Not many car guys would do that! Phase two. Time went by and I took ill and my dream truck just sat in the garage. Decision made... I called Robert! He took it from there and put the truck on consignment to help me sell my baby. He worked hard to get my price and kept me informed along the way. You couldn't find a better person or company to deal with, to make that big or small purchase. People my age just say he's a stand up guy to some up our feelings about the transaction. Go ahead and talk to Robert or his staff, you will not be disappointed.
